Design Insight.
We identified three core insights that shaped the redesign and informed all subsequent design decisions.
Buried Credibility Signals
Key credibility signals not immediately visible, limiits trust building during early evaluation.
Poor Information Hierarchy
Product info was fragmented or poorly structured, difficult to understand or locate key details.
Language-User Misalignment
Overly technical or vague language, leads to early disengagement.
Design Decisions.
Surface Credibility Signals
Introduced dedicated Tech page with clear data points and unique selling points.
Surfacing existing credibility signals, including sponsorships, quantified data, etc.

Imrpove Information Hierarchy
Addition of informative images and inforgraphics to support scannability.
Restructured landingpage hierarchy to address who, what and why upon first scroll.

Ensure Language-User Alignment
Tailored language and labels to communicate with and address specific user needs.
Guided user journey by implementing user-specific Call-to-Actions (CTAs).

Deliverable Constraints.
Due to platform limitations and confidentiality requirements, the solution focuses on information hierarchy, clarity, and perceived credibility using existing signals.
Content Constraint
NDAs restricted technical disclosure, resulting in very limited content. Therefore our team conveyed credibility through existing signals such as affiliations and their startup story.
Platform Constraint
As limitations in GoDaddy reduced design flexibility (layout, color & font, interactions, etc.) We shifted to information hierarchy and clarity as our focus to relfect professionalism and credibility.
